How to use the Mail In Repair Service
1. Fill out the Estimate Request Form
- Tell Us About You and Your Shoes: Fill in your basic contact information so we know how to reach you. Describe all the problems as best you can. The more detail you give us, the better!
- Snap Some Photos: We need good photos to help us understand the issue and give you an accurate estimate. Upload five CLEAR, CLOSE UP photos of your shoes using the form:
- One from the Top
- One of the Bottom (the sole)
- One of the Left Side
- One of the Right Side
- One of the damage (if not already obvious from other photos)
2. Receive a cost estimate
- I will carefully review your information.
- I will email you a general estimate for the repair work needed, usually in less than 2 business days.
3. Ship your shoes (PLEASE do not ship until you get an estimate)
- Include a printed copy of our estimate in with your shoes or boots. This little piece of paper helps us match your footwear to your specific repair order when it arrives safely at our workshop.
- Package your shoes and use the shipping label we send you (included with the estimate).
- Use your preferred shipping method. (You pay the cost of shipping)
4. We repair your shoes and ship them back
- Once we receive your shoes, we will thoroughly inspect them and contact you to finalize all the details of your repair, via phone or video chat.
- Then we send you a formal quote. That email will contain:
-> A final price for the repairs
-> A secure payment link to pay for the repairs.
-> An estimate on the time of repair
- You use the secure payment link to pay for the repairs. The repairs will begin only after payment has been received!
- We repair your shoes and ship them back to you using the best method available, and we email you a shipping tracking link.
- Return Shipping is a flat $10.00 fee.
